Salt Water Sandals - Shark
The "Salt Water Shark" is a retro model made exclusively for Europe and some parts of Asia. Manufactured using machines from the 1940s that were originally used in St. Louis, these sandals feature a classic fisherman-style braided leather and durable vulcanized rubber sole.
While the fit and toe protection are slightly improved compared to the "Salt Water Original," they maintain the same rugged durability and stylish look.

During World War II, leather shortages led Walter Hoy to start making sandals using leftover leather from military boots. The sandals quickly gained popularity, and parents in St. Louis soon requested them for their children.
More than 70 years later, the classic line started by Walter continues to offer durable, functional, and fashionable sandals. Featuring rust-resistant metal buckles, a variety of colors and designs, and quality craftsmanship, these sandals remain a staple.
