Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines for international shipping can vary significantly by destination, typically ranging from 8 to 20 days.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is available, cuccu is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery errors, or lost/stolen packages after delivery.

A signature is required upon delivery. If you will be away during the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@cuccu.net, and we will be happy to hold your order and ship it at a more convenient time.

Customs & Duties

The recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes and customs duties. International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which must be paid upon receipt. cuccu is not responsible for customs-related delays or issues.
