About Order
How To Order
1. Select items you would like to purchase.
Once you have decided on the product you want, select the size, quantity, etc., be sure to check the displayed price (price cannot be changed after ordering), and click the "Add to Cart" button to go to the payment screen. If you want to purchase multiple items, click the "Continue shopping" button on the payment screen to return to the shopping screen, and follow the same procedure to add items to your cart.
2. Purchase procedure - Proceed to checkout (enter the required information)
When you move from the payment screen to the cash register, the purchase details will be displayed. Please enter "Customer Information", "Delivery Settings", and "Payment Method", check that there are no mistakes in the contents, and click "Complete". If you use credit card payment, you will be transferred to the payment agency.
3. Receive a confirmation email of your purchase
After completing your order, an e-mail confirming your order will be automatically sent to your registered e-mail address.
*If you do not receive the automatic email, please check your spam folder or inbox settings. If you still don't receive it, your order may not be completed. In that case, please be sure to include a phone number that is easy to contact, and let us know by e-mail or from the inquiry screen.
4. Payment (excluding those who have completed credit card payment)
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an "order confirmation email" within 2 business days. Customers using bank transfer or postal transfer should transfer the amount to the designated account within 5 days (including weekends and holidays). After confirming payment, we will ship the item within a few days. For customers who use cash on delivery, we will ship the product as it is, so please pay the delivery person with cash or credit card when you receive it.
5. Receive a shipping completion email
After shipping, we will send you a shipping completion email with the subject "[cuccu] Notification of product shipment". You can also specify the date and delivery time. We also have a package tracking service, so please use the following.
6. The product delivered
Please check as soon as possible to make sure that there are no mistakes in the contents of the ordered product and that there are no problems with the condition. We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or soiled (including damage or soiling during delivery), please contact us within 3 days after the product arrives. We will promptly return or exchange the product at our expense.

About changes after ordering
After ordering, size and color changes will be handled only if there is stock. However, we cannot accept changes after the shipping procedure. In this case, it will be exchanged after receiving the product. (regular price products only)
If you wish to change the size or color after placing your order, please contact us by quoting the text of the "order receipt email" and replying.
